Service Operator

Neurastic is a service operated by Network Package (DBA: Network Package), located in Concord, North Carolina, United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By accessing or using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Service Description

This service provides informational domain portfolio insight reports. Reports are generated using a combination of automated analysis, data aggregation, and AI-assisted reasoning. The service is designed to support decision-making, not to provide pricing, valuation guarantees, or investment recommendations.

Report Delivery and Access

A report is considered delivered once it is made available for online viewing. Email delivery is provided as an additional courtesy and convenience. We are not responsible for email delivery failures due to spam filtering, incorrect email addresses, or other factors beyond our control.

Reports remain accessible online for a period of ten (10) days from the time they are generated. After this period, access may be removed without notice.

Free Usage

At our discretion, we may allow users to evaluate up to three (3) domains per day at no cost. This free usage is optional, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and is not guaranteed to be available in the future.

No Financial or Investment Advice

All reports and outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. All decisions based on the reports remain solely your responsibility.

AI Limitations and User Responsibility

The service relies in part on artificial intelligence and automated systems, which may produce errors, omissions, or inconsistent outputs. You acknowledge that AI-generated analysis is inherently probabilistic and may not reflect future market conditions.

Final decisions regarding domain acquisition, renewal, retention, or disposal rest entirely with you and should be made using your own judgment and due diligence.

Methodology Changes

The parameters, weighting, scoring ranges, models, and methodologies used by the service may change over time without notice as the system evolves, data sources change, or analytical approaches are refined.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to bypass limits, automate requests, scrape content, reverse engineer reports, or interfere with system operation.

Payments and Packages

When payments are enabled, you purchase a report package based on a maximum number of domains. If you submit fewer domains than your package allows, unused capacity is not refundable.

Refunds and Chargebacks

All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where a system failure prevents a report from being generated.

Chargebacks are prohibited. Any user who initiates a chargeback after a report has been delivered may have their email address and IP address permanently banned from the service.

Data Storage and Use

We reserve the right to store generated reports and associated submission data indefinitely for operational, analytical, or service improvement purposes.

Submitted data and reports are not shared with third parties. Data may be transferred only in the event that the service or business is acquired by a third party.

Privacy Policy

Use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is provided separately and incorporated by reference.

Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions

Reports are provided for personal or internal use only. Commercial redistribution, resale, publication, or sublicensing of reports is prohibited without prior written permission.

Availability and Service Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. The service may be subject to downtime, maintenance windows, modification, or discontinuation at any time without notice.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the service for users who engage in abusive behavior, misuse the system, or violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Network Package shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service or reliance on any report.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
